Exercise - How often are we told that exercise is important for our Health & Well-being?
& It is - But only in the right format. Last year, I signed up to a very expensive Gym - Yet I hardly use it! I resent the driveway (You have to give way - Not may others do!) - I resent the fortune they charge each month, I resent the fact the equipment I want to use is always busy & that there are more often than not, swimming lessons or Aqua going on in the pool, rendering it not a great environment to swim in! (Yeah, If I wanted to swim in tidal waves I would head for the Sea thanks very much!) What I do enjoy, and what gets me working the hardest, is sessions with my PT, Closely followed by a weekly session of Box fit & a Stretch class. I LOVE these exercise sessions - I look forward to them. My resolution this year is to do more of what I love & less of what I don't love! How about you?
