Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours notice will incur a fee of 50% of the Appointment fee, unless in the case of illness.
The Full fee will be charged for Appointments cancelled with less than 4 hour notice, and for any appointments that you do not attend with no prior notice.
Whilst we understand that you may need to change your appointment, and that things crop up that are unavoidable, it is unacceptable to not arrive for your appointment without prior notification.
