Cancellation Policy

Please note that 24 hours notice is required when cancelling or re-scheduling an appointment.
Late cancellations or no-shows will be charged the full fee.  

Where an Appointment is cancelled with 24 - 48 hours notice, 50% of the appointment fee will be charged.

Please do not arrive more than 5 minutes prior to your appointment time, as I will be unable to accommodate you.

If you are late to your appointment, the time will be deducted from your treatment time, & the full fee is still applicable.  If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, the appointment will be assumed to be cancelled and the full fee will still apply.

Whilst we understand that you may need to change your appointment, and that things crop up that are unavoidable, late cancellations leave me with a slot that I will be unable to fill at such short notice.

Pre-booked appointments, may only be re-scheduled a maximum of 2 times, before the appointment is considered to be null & void & the full fee applicable.  The re-scheduled appointment must be taken within 1 calendar month of the initial appointment.

If, on the day of your appointment, you opt for a treatment of a lesser value than the one booked, the full fee of the initial booking will be charged, as the time has been allocated to you.

Gift vouchers are non-refundable & have a 6 month expiry date from date of purchase.  They can not be redeemed past this date.  They are applicable to the same Terms & conditions as outlined above.  Please call or email to book your appointment, when using a gift voucher, as there is no facility to redeem them online.

It is recommended that you book your gift voucher 4 weeks in advance, to avoid disappointment or your voucher expiring.
