Are you overwhelmed, over-tired or stuck in fight or flight? - Then this is for you! Designed to help you fully wind down.
Gentle rythmic movements around the body introduce your muscles & nervous system to a safe, therapeutic touch,
allowing you to let go of all tenson. Deeper massage to the neck & shoulders, followed by pressure point work over the glutes & legs, work to alleviate tension.
This is followed by a foot massage, more pressure point work to the front of the body, including arms & hands & we finish this deeply relaxing ritual with some facial pressure points & scalp massage.
