Reflexology Lymphatic Drainage (RLD) is a unique reflexology technique, primarily designed to assist people suffering with secondary Lymphoedema, following the removal of Lymph Nodes through cancer treatment.
It has also shown to benefit some Auto Immune conditions.
RLD was researched & developed by Sally Kay, whilst working in Cancer Care. It focuses on stimulating the lymphatic reflexes on the feet, in order to improve the lymphatic system & reduce Lymphoedema.
Please note Reflexology Lymphatic Drainage is not a massage, like Manual Lymphatic Drainage. It is a Reflexology technique.
*For Lymphoedema the recommended treatment plan is 1 treatment a week for 6 weeks, reducing to a maintenance plan.
