Swedish Massage is about soothing the mind and the muscles, promoting a deep sense of relaxation, whilst alleviating general muscular aches and pains. It uses a variety of massage movements & pressure with unscented oil.
If you are looking for a painful massage, then I am NOT the therapist for you! I do not hold any belief in the "No pain, no gain" theory. If you are feeling pain & discomfort, then there is tension in the body, so to create more is counter productive. We can achieve just as much, if not more, with a more gentle approach.
