Caversham's first choice for Reflexology, Massage, Aromatherapy & Western Acupuncture
The 3 R's - Relax, Re-set & Restore your well-being.
Reducing Caversham's stress levels, anxiety, aches & pains since 2011.
Hi, I am Clare, a complementary therapist, with a special interest in treatments that help reduce stress & anxiety & promote both physical & emotional wellbeing.
I help client's who are srtuggling with:
* Stress & anxiety
* Mental & Physical burn-out
* Chronic Fatigue
* Headaches & Migraines
* Muscular Aches & Pains
* Disturbed sleep patterns
* The ability to be themselves during cancer treatment.
If you are feeling wired, but tired, exhausted, but unable to sleep, struggling with anxiety, stress, fatigue, headaches, migraines, or muscular aches & pains, then my holistic approach can help restore balance and calm.
Popular treatments include Dermalux LED Facials, Reflexology, Facial Reflexology, Swedish Massage, Aromatherapy Massage, & Western Acupuncture.
I believe in a person centred approach to well-being, and that pain & tension in the body, can be reduced by alleviating stress and tension in the mind. Everything is connected - The Physical & the emotional, and my treatments reflect this.
My approach in my treatment room is to create a feeling of calm, balance and understanding. If you are not sure which treatment is right for you, then please do get in touch, and we can discuss the best approach.
