Cancellation Policy
The FULL fee will be charged for appointments cancelled or re-scheduled 24 hours or less prior to your appointment.
50% of the full fee will be charged for appointments cancelled or re-scheduled 24 - 48 hours prior to your appointment.
Failure to attend your appointment will incur the full cost of your treatment.
All cancellations will incur a £5 admin fee, to recover the costs of card processing fees.

Please arrive no more than 5 minutes prior to your appointment, as I am unable to accommodate you any earlier.
(5 minutes before is a good time to arrive, which allows us to have a consultation without impacting your treatment time.)
NB: Please do not attend your appointment if you are unwell. Aside from overloading your own system, you risk passing something on to myself. I require you to be free from coughs, colds, flu & gastric bugs for at least 48 hours prior to treatment. Please call me to re-schedule your appointment if you become unwell, or have had any symptoms.
